I have worked with various schools to create living willow structures for their grounds. The process is always a collaboration sometimes, but not always, involving the pupils. The 'Tadpole' at the Swan School (with window eyes, doorway mouth and tunnel tail) developed from my notion 'souls and tadpoles grow along a wavy path', after talking with the staff there.
